We’ll cover an unforeseen episode that occurred when Chrystia Freeland, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Liberal Party, made a move against the Tories. She posted a Twitter video that took aim at Conservative Party Leader Erin O’Toole’s position on universal health care, but the video was subsequently flagged by Twitter as “manipulative media.” Lastly, we take a quick look at the polls, which shows the Conservatives and the Liberals to be neck-in-neck in the beginning of the second week of the 2021 Canadian federal election.
