We’ll give you an overview of the Canadian election, from the parties to what the candidates promise, as well as the key issues of concern to us all. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau called an early election, sending Canadians to the polls on September the 20th, two years earlier than scheduled. However, Trudeau previously pledged not to call an election during the pandemic. Now, he says he needs a new mandate to ensure voters approve of his Party’s pandemic recovery plans.
