The Justice Department announced an arrest of a “self-identified, anti-ICE terrorist” in Minneapolis on Thursday. Kyle Wagner of Minneapolis was arrested on federal threat and cyberstalking charges and is expected to appear in court Thursday. In a post on X, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said the individual conspired to threaten, assault, kill, and doxx federal immigration officers. The DOJ said Wagner used Facebook and Instagram to urge followers to confront and assault federal officers.
Now that lawmakers have ended the partial government shutdown, the clock is ticking on DHS funding. Democrats are expected to unveil their official proposals on Thursday to reform the agency, while President Trump vows a draw down of ICE agents in Minnesota.
