Santos Says He Won’t Run for Reelection; Pro-Palestine Protester Charged in Death of CA Jewish Man

Embattled Rep. George Santos (R-N.Y.) has said he won’t run for reelection in 2024. His announcement came shortly after the House Ethics Committee released a report detailing “additional uncharged and unlawful conduct” by him.

A pro-Palestinian protester, Loay Abdelfattah Alnaji, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Jewish man Paul Kessler during a demonstration in California on Nov. 5.
