The Senate has confirmed 100 judges nominated by President Joe Biden since he took office. Democrats are celebrating the diverse backgrounds of the judges, while Republicans express concern about their competence.

Federal Communications Commission board nominee Gigi Sohn appeared at a Senate committee hearing for the third time on Feb. 14. She was met with strong opposition from Senate Republicans.

A poll from the American Principles Project shows the culture war is going to be a critical battleground in 2024. It shows Republican voters in the presidential primary are most likely to support candidates tackling things related to critical race theory and gender ideology. Terry Schilling, president of the American Principles Project, joined the show to analyze the results.
